Everything was simply fine. My 2 dogs and I loved being there, it's stunningly beautiful and excellent hotel. The location was comfy, adjacent to the Main Highway as well as Clovis, NM and Comfort Inn. Furthermore, in the area in the first place.

All in all they offer good service. The breakfast is exceptionally nice and the staff is extremely friendly, outstandingly accommodating. It offers favourable, convenient location.

Toilet stopped up, was told to go down to lobby! Breakfast was a joke. No coffee, no juice. Staff said storm during the night knocked out power. Exercise room had no air conditioning. Stifling. Never have I had a more miserable experience at motel or hotel.

Some parts shine, others fall flat
Loved the Two-Bedroom Suite. Staff were cute and friendly. Great breakfast options were available too, serving until 11am,, which is a huge plus for families.
Train noise was a constant disturbance throughout the night. Some issues with the bathroom design, like slippery floors, raised safety concerns.
